Zucchini season, lock your car.
Hello,my name is rasbo,I have a zucchini problem, I've been pushing them on my neighbors, even found one neighbor that likes the canoe size, in case I forget to pick them every four hrs...never again will I grow them... thanks for listening,
Frying it and making bread is the best way is to eat it.
Get a spiralizer or whatever you call it and make zucchini spaghetti out of them. Really good and better for you than actual spaghetti. I also love them raw with some ranch or blue cheese. Just don't let them get too big.
The in-laws got some when they were here. Thin sliced, brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with Johnie's seasoning salt and Garlic powder and on to the bbq. Turning until crisp like a potato chip. Pain in the butt, but not bad. Couldn't tell what they were. They even did the same with cucumbers. Next season the wife wanted to grow some Zucchini. There was bread, chips etc.. and I remembered why I hate zucchini. Never again. In fact, I have not eaten Zucchini since that year. And as stated, you could not give the stuff away.

You boil it I think. I’m the head eater in my house, not the head chef.

They have a way better pasta like texture if you slice them put them in a paper sack or paper towel lined baking sheet for a day or two in the fridge . Gets rid of moisture .
Target practice with the big ones
My wife did zucchini lasagna. I was a little skeptical at first but man that is good. Actually having it for dinner tomorrow night. Also the mother in law made zucchini brownies and what do ya now they are awesome.

Going to tray again with the dry zucchini, in hopes that it will soak up the liquid.

Came out prefect doing it that way. I can’t stand runny lasagna or spaghetti.

"Only plant on zucchini plant", the wife says. What do I do? Plant four. Go big or go home, right? Now I have no home left because the zucchinis have taken over. 73 zucchinis later (not exaggerating - I've been keeping track), and no end in sight. Looks like Carpsniperg2 has central Klickitat Co. covered with the zucchini supply. Anyone in the west-central part of the county, namely Klickitat and White Salmon, need any??
No different than an eggplant sandwich. could make zucchini parmesan.
