Maybe a few of you noticed the upcoming season regulations were posted on WDFWs site. It seems we had jumped into a time machine and went back a few years with the old limitations on otter harvest in E WA.
I talked to them about it and the correct regs should be posted on their site sometime today. Everything is the same as last year.
Another thing that evidently has some people confused it says "As of September 1, 2018" at the top of the page. This is not a season. That is just the date when the seasons were adopted so the same as saying as of September 1, 2018 these regulations supersede any before.
