It is April 15 to May 31 for North Skagit.
It's in the 2008 regulations on page 58.

mmmmm... points....
Points are delicious. I have a freezer full of points. I think I will make jerky out of my bear points. The elk points are good on the grill with some Johnny's seasoning. Deer points make the best stew...
