Thanks again guys, what 7mmfan wrote above has been my experience here in Idaho. Very helpful and plesant as long as your not doing anything your not supposed be.

Now its time to get plans A B C and D finalized, organize my gear, and hit the range one last time. Then we wait...
NAVYCOLT, like your idea of sticking a camera in his hand. Im realizing more and more every year that I never take enough pictures.
“Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.”
― Theodore Roosevelt

Technically anyone can walk around the woods with a rifle anytime they want.
Exactly, as long as he doesn’t pursue, fire upon or kill any animals he can carry any legal weaponry in the woods. The 2nd amendment says so. People are too afraid to exercise their rights in this country anymore and in Washington I wouldn’t blame most people but if you come over here to the free state of Idaho they still allow it

NOPE
Nope?? Why not? So a hunter can't have someone with them that is not carrying a firearm or a tag. Just coming along for kicks.
I think it would be fair to say that NOPE meant he agrees with everyone else that nope no problem tag along would be fine.
