Hello all,
I have gotten no where with knocking on doors in North bend for my cow permit seems people don't want anyone to hunt. Does anyone know someone willing to let a military guy try and fill a cow permit that they would be willing to put me in touch with. I only have the opening weekend to get it done, I go under the knife right after and won't be able to finish the hunt after my surgery. Any help would be appreciated.
