Butte Montana help
« on: November 08, 2018, 03:52:09 PM »
Hunting partner had to back out of our planned eastern Montana hunting trip, but I have friends that live in Butte and said to come on over and stay with them. I would love any tips on hunting around there.  Thank you.

Elk or deer?

I would grab a copy of the BMA booklet and hunting regs on your way in, pair that with OnX and start there.

Elk and deer, I will have onx for phone,I would love to get a chance at a whitetail as I do not usually target them.I would think getting on some legal bulls this time of the season would be a little difficult .
