Disposing old powder

I have some old powder to get rid of that's no longer good just curious best safe way

Light it off for the most enjoyment.....or pour water in it for the least!  Easy Peasy!  Find someone who has a cannon....bet they would take it in half a second....I might know someone.

Loosely sprinkle it in the lawn as a fertilizer. No smoking til it rains

Was down at the summer sportmans club one day and there was a dude down there pouring an old can into their BBQ and lighting it off. Made a cool show.

It's only bad when it smells bad.  40-50 year old powder is still good if stored properly.

I'll have to check it out again.
It was stored in the garage for awhile and it looked like it got clumps in it from that
