We have always had a nice time at Sea Galley in Union Gap, and the WalkAbout creek saloon in Naches is pretty good.
oh I wish I could tell you to NOT EVER eat at one of those two places but Plat outed me as a pepsi guy so I will refrain from saying anything negative about an establishment  8)

Gold Creek is always good, I'm also a fan of the prime rib dinner at WV tavern. I'm sure if you go there a few of us Hunt-wa peeps can meet up there with you.

I did not mention any business by name sir.

I've eaten at Carousel for a couple of special occasions and was pleasantly surprised. It's a french restaurant, prepare to spend some time if you go there.
Zesta Cucina is good, as previously mentioned.
Santiagos is also nice.

My favorite is El Pastor, though it is far from fancy.

No frills, no gimmicks.  Jeans cottage inn in union gap.  Big rib eye steak and a plate full of fries for 18 bucks.

Second street is mediocre these days. Cowiche Canyon for a nicer place and  :yeah: famous burger is what’s up for a Berger joint type place and they have good Pho

They sell burgers and pho at the same restaurant?

Another place that has great prime rib is The Little Dutch Inn for $15.00. WV has alittle more generous cut, no potatoe, veggie instead.

35 years here in Yakima so I've literally eaten everywhere.  I've also been in almost every kitchen from prosper to Roslyn.  Two places I recommend to people is 2nd Street if they are with a lady friend and if you are solo or with the guys you gotta hit up the best kept secret in Yakima......Famous Burger!!!!  Bring an apetite!

Famous Burger was the first thing that popped into my head!

Xochimilco has a killer seafood burrito. They put a lot of seafood in it. White sauce is addictive. Santiago's has the best fish tacos bar none in Yakima. We split the order.
