It looks familiar but I can't place it, I'm thinking a kit from the 1960/70's
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska

hmm.It predates the kits in my opinion. The key to this pistol is the absence of the wedges that lock the barrel to the stock.this pistol is using round pins instead,I have seen very old 1800's style pistols that used these pins,I will see if i can find an example.  Where did it come from?

I bought this from a guy who was having a sale outside his motorhome in a parking lot. Barrel has super patina while brass seems too clean which throws me. I have been around old collectibles my whole life the steel says old but the bras says probably not. There is not one stamp or mark any where on the pistol. I only paid 10 bucks so not a loss if it's a kit but man if it is the real deal. Wow

Also the old man I bought it from seemed to think it was a prop or costume piece. But it's not for sure multi position hammer lock flash hole rifling in barrel trigger and hammer drop says quality

Also it has dovetail rear sight which as far as I can tell precludes it from being a pedersoli looks like they have fixed rear sights and the trigger guard is wrong.

I'd love to get a deer with something like that!

I did take a look at those pretty a hard . They are all fixed site where front and rear are dovetailed on this pistol. Though it could be an older or discontinued model
