Watt Canyon - Bulls bugling today (Christmas)

We took a ride to Joe Watt feed station after doing some target practice today.

Got there about 3:00 PM.

Several hundred elk near the feedlot.

A couple bulls were bugling back and forth.

Probably 8 bugles in  the 30 minutes we were out of the truck.
Some pretty full throated bugles. 

Couple decent bulls,  No monsters.

It was pretty cool to hear elk bugling on Christmas!

Nice.   Had 10 in the yard at 6am this morning. Pretty Cool.
