Idawire - Rochester, WA. They used to be in Idaho.  http://www.idawire.com/  I currently have one of their dogs and owned another from a party that used to co-breed with them.  Great people.  You won't be disappointed.

This is my WPG from Clear Valley Griffons in Buhl, ID.
Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate. - Psalm 127:3-5

I got mine from Idaho Wells Griffons in Caldwell, ID.

When I was looking for mine, somebody here suggested that I get in contact with Carol Ptak for more information on the breed. At that time, about 6 years ago, she lived down around Rochester. She recommended a very short list of breeders who specialize in authentic Korthals Griffons as opposed to standard WPGs. I can't say that I'm any better off by going with one of the recommended breeders, but I'm certainly happy with the dog I got.

My recent addition. Looks more like a chocolate lab with a docked tail but...

My buddy breeded his bitch and sadly only 2 survived because of her age.. the 2 that made it didnt have as much white or as much long hair as the mother. The sire had shorter hair, but at least had a beard and eyebrows. Not sure he is going to make a very good all round upland duck replacement for my Chessie... but if I baby the old man I should be able to get a few more years in on the bay.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Thanks guys....I will look at these breeders and start planning an addition to our family.  My current WHP is handsdown one of the best dogs I have ever owned.  Great family dog, great hunter, easy demeaner, ect.  I need another so this one can help train the new one.

Bone Point Kennels & Dual Shot Kennels.  Both out of Oregon.  I have dogs from both right now and they have excellent drive with great dispositions.  Awesome hunters and companions.
