I made sure to add in a kicker so you would be more comfortable trolling for those kokes.

Right on.
I've got a huge stash of koke gear from one of the auctions on here.

Speaking of auctions   ;)  :chuckle:
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

 :tup: on the tread jack.    :-)

Back on topic:    It really is great looking boat.   I keep going back to the pic and trying to figure out why I don't have one.

Nope. So far so good. Added an 8hp kicker, 2nd battery with switch, and a probably way nicer lowrance unit than i need. Let the week play out and bring it home Saturday.

Right on! Gonna have many years of enjoyment from that beauty! And that’s a great deal

I'll say Cabelas gets plenty of flack for overpriced or whatever but I'm 100% satisfied with my buy. If you are looking at anything similar they have a tiller drive model similar to mine. Price is below market value as they have broken their contract with RH and are now focused on Spartan, the house brand if you will if welded aluminum from Bass Pro/Cabelas. Everyone I dealt with from sales to finance to delivery was super easy to work with and very transparent.

Ty, I'm pretty stoked to get out. Will start break in process on the motors tomorrow.

@Blacklab  how's it going with your new ride?

You picked it up at the right time.  Should have it all broken in, and geared  up for salmon season if you fish the salt.

I haven’t sunk it yet 😉🥃. I just finished getting her all dressed up for the dance. Been out on it 3 times. First maiden voyage was Merwin going after kokes. Gave it about 4hrs. The wind was brutal 2-3’ white caps🤬🤬. Took it out on the big c Thursday and today. Weather was perfect! She moves and handles great. Need to finish the breakin hours still. After the next outing I should be good😉 Need to get that first fish 😉🥃
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.

@Dan-o
I just got a quote for an 18 footer with a 70 horse Yamaha on it from a dealer out of Coose Bay, i almost fell out of my chair. I do believe there is some great value in these sleds.

ive seen the same exact rig at an Oregon dealer that was asking 26k for boat, motor,  trailer. Cabelas sold me at just over 18k. I was less than 26 with the kicker, lowrance,  and tax out the door.
