Oh man, I hope someone finds and returns him. We just got a new puppy recently, and this would be tough to say the least.
Im surenthat they/you are doimg everything, but justnin case, make sure they get on the horn tomorrow and call animal control, humane society, other shelters, county mounty, postman, g-man, any utilities folks, etc...
