Sorry Ghost should've been more specific. I meant is it under Authorizations, Active Licenses, Special Hunts, or other?

Special hunt tab will show status of those hunts you applied for.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

They key is how creative you get both on checking and reporting in. I'm a firm believer in logging off, restarting my pc, then clear all browser hostory, cookies, etc...then check. If submittted or not selected shows repeat.  Here on Hunt Wa it's more of a fishing expedition to see who you can get to check. Trust me....I'm the highest paid of all mods and did draw recently.....like....5 years ago so yeah I know a few things.
