Reputable Kawasaki service center in greater Everett area
« on: March 11, 2019, 09:56:48 AM »
I have a 2006 Kawasaki Prairie 360 ATV (KVF360A6F) that I recently picked up from my father in Texas.

I want to put a plow and bucket attachment on the front.  I bought the parts, however when attempting to attach the mount to the front of the ATV, it looks like there is a plate in the way from the winch that is blocking the install.

I'd like to have someone who knows what they are doing mount this part and re-work the winch mount if needed.

Any recommendations of a service center within 15 to 20 miles of Snohomish/Everett?

Honestly any legit atv/sales shop can handle this.  It could be the wrong plow mount?  Rockymntatv is helpful to talk to if you have the part #s and such, for fitment problems.
MAGA!  Again..

Thanks and I appreciate the reply.

The mount seems to fit, except that whatever plate is being used to support the winch gets in the way.  So either that plate needs to be modified, or replaced.  Not sure if the winch was put on after-market, or if it was done by the dealer when it was purchased.

I was thinking of either Everett Powersports or Everett Motorsports.  I seldom get sent in the wrong direction on topics like this when I bring them to Hunt Wa so thought I would see if anyone knew of someone to go to (or avoid) before I started cold calling.

Just a follow up - I took my Quad to Everett Powersports off of Evergreen Way.  https://www.everettpowersports.com/

Technically they are not a Kawasaki dealer but the work I needed done was not Kawasaki specific.

They were great - good communication and it seems like the work was good as well.

Turns out the winch mount I had was not a standard mount so it would not work with the plow mount.  They gave me some options and I went with replacing the winch mount and using the Warn mounts I had already bought for the plow.  They ordered the part and did the install.  They needed to do a little bit of modification to make it all work and in the end everything looks solid.

I'd recommend them if anyone needs similar work.
