Just use em!! Really does anyone know of a person who was ticketed or worse? I don't. Many stories of warnings. We had FS guy warn us but then after talking he explained rules to us and told us just be careful as he knew its all messed up and confusing. We were all good. What he told us was shocking in terms of what was ok to do! No need to share as many would abuse it. I think its a gray area and not worth their headache in court unless its really bad or involved in crimes or injury.
