Members of the WA Arms Collectors have to either submit to a background check or have a current CWP to buy or sell guns on the grounds. I don't see how buying a gun at a show is more risky than buying a gun out of the Nickel? The idea that buying a gun that is not registered to you through a FFL gun dealer is unsafe (HOW?) makes about as much sense as Obama's aversion to black rifles. (He is a rifle bigot!)
I've bought and sold both handguns and rifles that way. Funny thing the most suspicious guy I've seen trying to sell a handgun was a local guy that is a reserve deputiy sherrif.
No really, some guy having the nerve to lawfully sell his private weapon at a gun show? (The Horror) It is amazing that somebody might actually buy a gun privately, exercising their Federal and State Constitutional right to do so (Their Duty IMO) It is sickening! (It Makes me proud) It is a way to say Hey Liberals! F U
.....I wouldn't exactly assume being a reserve deputy sheriff makes for clean hands.
Would you purchase a rifle or handgun at a gun show from someone walking around advertising it?
