I wonder if they're waiting for the b-tag results in June?  Seems like a prudent financial decision not to spend the postage, since most who drew would also apply for block tags.

The morning the results came out for MT, I was just saying how I have never drawn an elk tag in 21 years of applying.  Points in every western state and always do NM and ID too. Can't draw a tag.  Heck only drawn 2 deer tags at that, let alone elk in all that time. Then looked and bam first one haha.
