@Stein

Call out.

You.....

@CP

We all have either new to us or new boats. When the current shenanigans are done and passed you WILL invite is to fish. WE, will in turn,  extend the invite to fish as well. As a boat owner I fully appreciate and enjoy outings with other boat owners.

Sure, I'm in.  I can say the boat has never been in this good condition.  New rods, packed bearings, everything shined up and ready to roll.  We can make a tournament out of it or a gentleman's trip.  I can't wait to get out.

For Steven's, I can fish 4 easy, maybe 5.  Breakfast included, byob and a few for me.

I say absolutely not....no tourny! Just a couple boat folks that appreciate that when they back it down the guest (s) know what to do. We go. We fish. We tell stories and lies. Done. Simple and perfect.

Can you tell I'm jonesing hard for some rod time.

I pulled out my seats, cleaned underneath and reinstalled them.  I get it.

I just waxed mine, inside and out. Put a nee coat of poly on the oars and put grease on the seat bearings. Trailer wires checked and a few connectors replaced, bearings packed. She's ready to hit the water asap.

Make it a cold hef and we're a go. Looking forward to a good drift. Considering trying kokanee too, just a lot of rowing. Need to rig a 24 volt system for the drifter.

i'll have to drag the boat up there too.
this is killing me. i did take the new boat out on lake wa the other day to put some hours on the main... i figured i would have been well past my 20 hr mark by now, but getting shut down from fishing really slowed that down for me.
i'll get out on the lake for a cruise one more time this week, 20 hr tune up stuff already sitting in the shop ready for this weekend.... i just want to be ready to rock and roll come halibut, or shrimp, or whatever they open!

it is.
that is where i launch, live about 10 min away.
the rest of the park is closed down, gates closed etc but the boat launch lot is open with TONS of signage saying only open for boat launch patrons, aka, trucks/trailers.
Tuesday I was down there and there was a Renton PD officer ticketing every single trailerless car there.. apparently people think the 15 signs dont apply to them.
so even if you're using a car topper, beware.

What's that like?
In my boat, the standard answer to "What can I do to help?' is. "Don't move!"  :chuckle:
Low T Beta Male
Domesticated simpy city dwelling male
Low T/ high estrogen = illogical thinking
You must have a learning disability
Low IQ mut [sic] faced bimbo.
You see it here with some of the less intelligent and stable types.
