Ribs, it's what's for dinner
« on: May 18, 2019, 08:41:46 AM »
I made ribs last night, I wish I could eat ribs every night.

The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.

I love baked beans!
I did bacon wrapped asparagus and corn of the cob, both grilled to go with the ribs this time.

I love ribs. My wife doesn't. Sometimes, being married has its challenges. Those look great. I'm going to have to live vicariously through you, Alchase

My wife does not eat ribs either, but she is back in Washington helping our Daughter get ready for her wedding on the 31st. So I will take one for the team and eat the whole rack myself, LOL.

I sent her the same pic, her reply was "Looks good, where are the vegetables?" silly girl.

 :yeah:
Ribs seem to just get better as leftovers  :chuckle:

I love bacon wrapped asparagus.  Have you tried bacon wrapped corn on the cob?  I do it on the grill and love it.

They don't usually last long enough to go dry at my place either  :chuckle: :chuckle:

But if you do have a batch that gets dry, make rib and barley soup.

Brilliant idea!
I can't believe I have not thought of this before  :dunno:
I think I have wrapped bacon around just about everything, except corn on the cob,
