Fighting Sitka Blacktails (BlackRiver Taxidermy)
« on: May 25, 2019, 05:32:29 PM »
Here's the product of a father and son team and their last two years in Alaska smacking some great Sitkas. Love these deer and are one of the prettiest out there. They brought these in last fall and wanted several shoulder mounts but also requested two bucks in a fighting pose as wall mounts in the corner of their trophy room. Highly modified forms to accommodate both the angle for the corner mounting position as well as to make their heads come together. Loved the work and thank you to the owners for the business. That's pretty cool. I like how creative you get when given the chance. Nice work.
