Looks just like the one thats hitting my apples. Not sure what he measures, hard to tell with all the velvet on the “rack”.

Just heard a lion whistle in the timber not too far back up behind my apple trees.  May be seeing that little button bucks face on a milk carton soon.

Yellow transparent?  Do they clean them up every night?  If that other monster does not work out, you have a plan B :tung:

Dont know what kind of apples they are.  Just looked up yellow transparent, and according to the internet they are good eating, so these must not be them.  Theyre flavorless and mealy, but the deer love them.  Those tiny little suckers on the next tree over are way better.

Edit: So i only tried the one when i first bought this place and it was no good, so i never tried another.  Just went out and had another for the hell of it, and theyre actually a lot better than i remember the first one being.  Theyre still not great, theyre no honeycrisp, but theyre not too bad.  Good enough to grab a couple now and then i guess, but im still leaving most for the deer.  I just want my plums to get ripe already.
