Caribou Stew

Ingredients
  • One Bell Pepper
  • One white onion
  • dried red chili pepper
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • canola oil
  • 2 lbs Caribou meat (or whatever else)


How we cooked it
  • Cut the meat into small thin strips
  • In a pot with the canola oil fry the meat for about 5 minutes until it is beige in color
  • Add water, bell pepper, onion, dried red chili pepper, black pepper, salt
  • Slowly cook for another 40 minutes

never had caribou... is it good, what other meat would you compare it to?
I would rather be a conservative nut job, than a liberal with no nuts, and no job!
