BH 209 and RBCS powder measure

Is there a formula and can I use powder trickler to get an exact measurement.

I am not sure if this is what you are after... but the conversion factor for BH-209 is .7. So if you powder weight is 84 grains the equivalent Volume would be 120 gr.
