We we weren't able to set up on the X, so it was frustrating to see geese fly past us all day, but we were able to decoy a few.

We shot 13 big boys on the opener for three of us.  Lots of geese around.  Sounded like a war zone on the opener.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

there is a whole bunch of geese on the puyallup river passing through sumner. they seem to come back every evening.
to bad you cant hunt there

made a trip out on the 9th for the early season  and to scout some areas around the chehalis wildlife areas. had a flock fly over at one location with no luck. that was all the action I saw all day :'(

but man, if it had been duck season, it would have been a different story with some of the places I went to ;).

where the geese at!? :dunno:

tips or pointers?

I made it out a second time during early goose and we shot 24 on that outing.  Lots of geese flying around, just didn't have the time to get out much to target them.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
