Thanks wolfbait, the list grows, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, New Mexico (ask someone from Virginia, there is a 'new' Mexico?), and more to come.  The money spent for the process could pay the losses many times over.  Give them the same status as a coyote.

I'm just thankful all I have to worry around here regarding my cows are very occasional cat and a few coyotes. I feel for anyone living in the open country who has wolf issues.

Nope. All I have (and will ever have) regarding canine predators are the few and far between domestic dog packs that chase calves and big coyotes; Period!

Perhaps they are there, but I only have big coyotes. Of course at my age my vision is not what it used to be at night.

Just make sure when you see those big coyotes shoot them let God sort out the species, but dont be shocked when you shoot a really big "coyote".

I'm not saying you don't know what you're talking about, never did I intend to question you're ability to see wolves; I'm only saying I can only see big coyotes.
