Disabled hunter w/ moose tag looking for help🥺

I have a moose tag for unit 124 in Spokane Wa. I would like some info on where to concentrate my efforts after the storm recently hit here. Can anyone direct me in the right direction? Do you have a bull or cow tag? Get an IEP permit. I don't know to much about the are so hopefully someone else chimes in. Good luck on your hunt
