I attached my capper to one of those self reeling things that fly fisherman use on their vests/necklaces. I hook that thing to my belt so it is out of the way and does not bang on my gun, or my binos. If I need it I grab it and the chord extends all the way out to my gun and then I let it go and it reels back in down to my belt loop. It's really handy and I highly recommend it to everyone. They are like $5.
