Dog boxes
« on: November 12, 2019, 09:26:06 PM »
Hey guys !

Looking into getting a triple dog box as having my GSP’s (all three lol) in the cab for a trip is a bit much ,even two is proving difficult as one is only a 5 month old pup.Just curious what everyone’s experiences are and what they would do different/things to look for etc. I am currently looking into Ainley fabrication boxes as they are top notch but a bit high priced, and they are booked out for pretty much a year and don’t know if I can wait that long .
Any local fabricators who make a quality product ? I’m located about an hour north of Everett.

Thanks !

Check with Highway Products in Oregon. They made a 2 hole that I have for a pet supply company in Portland.

one of my britts is a puker, so I'd focus on easy clean up whatever you get

I put him in a box I can spray out with a hose,  drooling and puking all over in it and that's a short trip,  I can't feed him within 6-8 hours of a hunt

sucks

Check out F&T Trapping Supplies.  They carry a full line of dog hunting supplies and have some VERY nice dog boxes.

Here's one I bought from them, insulated, very nice.  They have different models.

The main thing I've been working on the past month is finding unpressured partridge! People just can't keep their lips from flapping it seems as you know so well. Happy Thanksgiving to you and the family.

Forks,

I'd hate having to crawl up there to open/close that door!  Or can you reach it leaning over the tailgate?
