I'm a late-onset hunter and I've become obsessed with this.
This year was my first year learning how to hunt big game, and with the help of this forum and some local mentors I made a lot of progress. I found myself a great location to develop, learned to re-purpose my small game woodsmanship skills, and this coming year is going to be my year. I plan to get as much time hunting as my tags will allow, and I've got an idea:
I'd like to connect with some experienced hunters on this forum, maybe guys who don't get out as much as they used to, and loop them in through the internet on what I'm doing this coming year, to mine their experience and get feedback and critiques on what I'm doing. I'd like to share maps, photos, scout reports, hunt plans, etc, with the idea that I'll be able to focus my time and effort much better with a variety of guidance.

Oh, and I'm going for blacktail, and possibly bear and elk if the area has promise, all compound bow.
