Anyone with cooking plans for New Years Eve/Day
« on: December 30, 2019, 09:03:26 PM »
What’s everyone cooking for New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day?

I have 3 racks of baby back ribs lathered up with mustard and rib seasoning sitting in the fridge waiting to go on the GReen Mountain pellet grill tomorrow. Red potato salad and baked beans to go with the ribs. And for later in the night I will be smoking some jalapeño poppers

That does sound good!

Whole lotta @Skillet goodness in store for my crew!  King crab, scallops and spot prawns. I went out and caught some squid last night to top it off.
