Great round one of my favorite guns I own was my grandfather's.

It is a close friend of mine that was passed down to him too he is an elder at our church and I would like to bless him as I took him shooting and he and I did not know how rare the ammo was and he used up the last box of ammo he had thinking he could just buy more at the local store. We found out after it was gone the rarity and I want to try and help him get enough to use it on special occasions with his son who is just now getting into the sport.

By the time you bought brass, dies, a pound of powder, and primers, you are gonna be $150ish into 100 loaded rounds of unknown accuracy. Factory ammo is tuned to shoot in a large range of rifles. Food for thought

I’ve spent a lot of time helping guys who don’t reload, load their own ammo. I just have them come by and I help them load up some low end charges using my press. I had a 222 Rem Mag for a little while and it’s a very forgiving round to load for, so you can usually get good results with just a starting charge.

And just to make it fun, you can form cases from 204 Ruger brasss! Properly head stamped brass is lame!

Thank you that's the best price so far. For right now I got really lucky a guy at a gun show had boxes for 20$ I bought the only 2 he had left and he even gave me 20 back when I donated him the boxes of regular 222 I had boughton before he realized what rifel he had. So it all worked out. If he wants more I will tell him that link and we will go from there. I would love to learn to reload and in due time i will but for now I just dont have a place to even do it.
