The mag ban was reintroduced after it failed, with a “buy back” provision so it is now an “appropriations” bill and no longer subject to the time restraints the previously defeated version was.
When you read through this stuff, how can you not walk away feeling like inslee and ferguson are of the lowest scum suckin variety known to man......both a complete waste of oxygen.
