Found Iphone Rochester area

 Found an I-phone in a ditch near Rochester . It was dead and looked like it had been there a couple of days . Had a friend charge it (we have androids) it was locked which I expected , but no if found # to contact and its in airplane mode .

So if someone can describe stickers on it I will get it to you otherwise my plan is to drop it at a U.S. Cell store since they sell apple products and are closest ...Unless someone has a better Idea ?
