The gunfightersinc ronin has a molle version.
Ivory holsters does too.
Ive using the gunfightersinc kenai chest rig, but if using a binoharness, I might use the Razco.

after reading about the WY guide killed by Grizz last year, and increase in black bear attacks and grizz population....

I'm considering a Kenai Chest holster system for my Glock 20 for SE Idaho-WY border archery hunts. I always carry spray too the last 3 years.
But concern over straps, buckles: Binoc harness straps, Kifaru pack straps and now Kenai chest holster straps too, all worn simultaneously.
Seems like too many straps, and maybe binding to shoulders, upper body?.

interested in Razco bino harness holster but I usually take off AGC binoc harness, put in pack when processing an elk down.
So then where to put the pistol....rather have it on me when working meat.
Anyone use this attached to your belt, with support strap around body-waist like a belt?
due to angle of kydek holster, thinking cross draw positioning.

Over the years, had 2 experiences being charged by grizzlies.
Hope not to have a 3rd, but mainly hunting thick timber for elk. Grizz likes the thick timber during daylight hours.
Once used bear spray, it worked on a young bear during early archery elk MT hunt, but dicey in a swirling wind. Didn't have pistol on me that day, in attempt to lighten things up on the hike in.....never go without again in grizz country.

2nd bear encounter, grizz charged when <80 yards away, at 30 yards I fired warning shot and grizz stopped, skedaddled back down logging road where it came from, following 2 cubs.
Didn't pull spray as steady wind was blowing in my face.
That SW-357 came out of my holster darn fast, mounted on Kifaru pack belt, but lucky as a 2nd shot was a maybe or 3rd shot out of question.  Thus the Glock 20.

I have the g20 and Kenai chest rig
Binocs range finder and pack over the top

Binocs worn over half shoulder not in front
Bear spray on caribiner off side of pack
Saddled up went out to clear cut to practice quick draw and target acquisition
Never needed it in the woods.....yet

No issues

This is the holster I use:

https://aliengearholsters.com/backpack-holster.html

Website has it available for Glock 29, but I don't see one for the 20. Thought I'd share in case you have the 29 with extended mag maybe.

I don't use for EDC, but in the woods, I've been running it for 2 seasons now and I've been very happy with it. I use the thumb release so it has level 2 retention. I mount it on my left shoulder strap (I'm RH) at chest level. Only problem is if I'm using bino-pac - still working that out.

Lots of different angles to set it at. Should attach to pack belt if it's not too thick of a belt.

Lots of expansion packs to make it more versatile. For example, I can take the holster right off of my pack strap and put it on a mount I have under dash in my truck and the gun never has to leave the holster. Very bomb-proof, safe, and secure.

I do the same with G29, Kenai holster goes on first, bino’s next, then the pack.  Allows for easy access and comfortable.

Just shopping myself actually and noticed Alien Gear has this drop leg holster for a glock 20:
