How do you live in the mountains and not know that hunting seasons exist......

They were dumb enough to put in on facebook...

that was my thought. Off grid, barely enough meat to left for a few days yet on facebook which means internet connection and some type of internet or cell phone data plan...

It's hard to believe they have Facebook but don't know about hunting seasons/licenses.

Old enough to shoot, old enough to know the rules. I don't buy the excuse that he was too stupid  at 14 years old to know about hunting laws and neither is his mom. I bet if you wandered around where they live you might find signs of other critters having been shot out of season and with no licenses. Trump is sending mom a check so they will not be starving.

If you can afford a cell phone and/or internet service there is no excuse.  And as stated, if you are dumb enough to broadcast it..good riddance

Ignorance is bliss......isn't it??   :mor:

I posted on the FB Stevens County Predators page pics of cougars, bears, wolfs etc.  Within an hour there were multiple people condoning shooting predators out of season...poaching.  I deleted my post just to have others debate me with why it is OK.  Funny how people justify breaking the law is OK.   :bash: :bash:

I think people low on meat aren’t posting things to Facebook. I kinda feel bad and it’s weird timing with it almost bring season but poaching bottom line

Please don’t criticize as this is his right of passage.
We’re low on meat and my 14-year-old grandson goes for a walk and comes back with dinner. First time/ first kill. I didn’t think he could really do it but he was taught to process the bird today- which he did!
look at dinner!
I’m so proud and guess what we’re having for dinner?!?!

If you are on the internet and facebook are you really "off the grid".  I wonder if she'll post how proud she is when he get's a visit from F&G.
