Not new, but new to me
« on: April 19, 2020, 10:37:44 AM »
Not new, but new to me. Not much monetary value either, but a lot of sentimental value. Was my gramps' old 22 I used as a kid. Lost both grandparents this year (not Rona) so is cool to have things like his 22 and using one of their old beehives this year as well.

Sweet!

My first gun came from Coast to Coast. Was a single shot .22 that mom and dad bought as a group Christmas present for me and my two younger brothers.  I was about 10 and brothers were 8 and 7.  The next year we got a bolt action .410 for Christmas, also from Coast to Coast.  Killed a lot of grouse with that gun. One of my brothers got the shotgun and the other got the .22.  I ended up with an old Winchester model 94 30-30.

Saweet. 22
My first gun also came from Coast to Coast. A full choke pump .410 that I still have. I killed lots of squirrels, quail, pheasant and a few ducks & geese with this gun over the years.  8)
