I use Federal premium 250 gr. w/ Barnes expander bullet for deer sized game....brutal at $45 a box

are you scoped?

Yes, I've got a Leupold vari-x 2.5 x 8 x 32mm.
I shoot from a bench out to about 100yds. I do take the scope off sometimes...I like open sights too!
If I'm doing a lot of target shooting I shoot 255 gr. 45 Colt lead-round nose.
