Griddles?
« on: June 07, 2020, 05:37:53 AM »
Wondering how many if any griddle cook. Been wanting to do it for sometime. I always seemed to find a way to talk myself out of if. Yesterday I said yes to the griddle. Went to wally world and picked one up, before I changed my mind😂😂😂😂. This morning I’ll be drinking coffee and assembling/seasoning. Not sure what the first cook will be or like😱😱😱 But it should be fun 😉🥃🇺🇸

Well I don’t really have a big enough family to justify one. But my brother-in-law has when he brings when the whole family gets together camping. It works great and sure is nice not having to wait to cook the next thing on your little two-man Coleman stove.

We have that brand exactly and love it. Make sure you follow the seasoning instructions. I do scratch made pancakes (yes even uncle buck style) with blueberries. Hint if you use frozen berries turn down the heat to make sure it cooks through. My wife makes awesome fried rice on it. Get a steam lid for melting cheese on burgers. Enjoy.

Sams club has the 22" on sale right now for 99$. I grabbed one at walmart early this spring. I love it.

Thanks for the heads up, but I’m not a member and to join for a year I’d spend more on the griddle.  Thanks though, hoping Walmart has that same sale soon.

Do a pancake feed for the test run! I remember a friend who would have sleep overs when were kids and his dad would make all you can eat, blueberries, chocolate chips you name it.

I had a griddle for my Camp Chef 2-burner and it worked great. Can't find it now but I'd be temped to get another for around $99.

First cook was pepper jack bacon burger with sauted onions and onion rings. Pretty darn good. One cook down thousands to go🤑🤑🤑😉🥃🇺🇸
