Siriu is top notch
« on: June 09, 2020, 07:31:54 PM »
Love my VA-5 video head, was in Yellowstone last weekend watching wolves and noticed the arm clamp (holds the pan bar) was cracked. Emailed Siriu Sunday night, got my new clamp today with a prepaid package to return the damaged clamp for quality control purposes. Doesn’t get much better than that. I know people will say “shouldn’t have broke in the first place” but I’ve beat the s out of this tripod and head and this is my first issue with a quick and painless resolution. Just thought I’d throw it out there if anyone’s on the fence.

Good to hear they stand by their products. I picked one up in time for last fall and really happy with it so far.
Not sure if you can find a smoother product for much less than double the price?

Im in the market for a new tripod and have been looking hard at the Sirui so good feedback, customer service is BIG in my book.  Would love an outdoorsman but I just cant bring myself to spend that much on a tripod.

I just received an email from Cameraland offering a 15% off and a 15% rebate on Sirui tripods and heads, for Fathers day sale through the 20th, but you have to call the order in @ 516-217-1000.
