Cheney Cow Moose

With 24 points my long time elk hunting partner drew a Cheney cow moose tag. I'm asking, no: begging, for any help we could receive about the moose. Landowners that hate the damage? State or BLM land that generally holds moose? I'd ask that any specific info be conveyed in a private message, if possible. Any tips?
