Swakane Bighorn Sheep
« on: July 28, 2020, 05:22:15 PM »
I drew the Swakane Ram tag this year after putting in for sheep for 40 years, been up scouting 5 times and have seen around 140 or so Rams. my question is has anyone on here ever drew that tag and if you did while you we're scouting did you ever see any Rams up in the timber? i have looked a bunch in the timber and have never spotted one yet.

You will see them in the timber sporadically but not often

:yeah: we bump into them occasionally deer hunting archery late season.

Congrats on the tag. Can’t wait to hear how it goes.

I haven't spent any time in that part of the state. Do you mean 140 sheep total or just rams?

Congrats on the draw please share pics!

Ok. In 40 years I will need some volunteers to help me get up the hill and pack my sheep out. Any volunteers
