FOUND STEINER BINOCULARS (ASSOCIATED WITH CAR PROWL)

Our neighbor found some Steiner binos in association with several car prowls in Sedro Woolley Wa area.   This was morning of September 9,2020.   Going to turn over to LE for ongoing investigation.   If anyone is missing these PM and will put in contact with detective.
