Any advice for a female "adult onset" hunter looking for a whitetail doe in 149? I applied with her so she could piggy back on my doe points I'd otherwise never use.  Plan was for the mule deer tag but I fat fingered the app and put in for the WT tag :bash:  we went out Sunday and saw easily 200 mule deer but only WT we saw was a car hit fawn that I had to put down  :'( I can't go with her this weekend and im beyond annoyed at myself for screwing up the application  :bash:

You get any help? How long does her tag go for?
we did! Im in CO but Mr. Woodchuck himself personally guided her to her first deer!  She made heart and tenderloin for her family tonight. I couldn't be more grateful to Woodchuck and his generosity  :IBCOOL:

Mod of the week and guide of the week.  Checking all the boxes mister.  Well done and thanks for once again taking the time to help a kid out.

Crap weather today, was out looking for critters with fangs, blowing to beat all and raining/snowing depending on the elevation

Definitely a windy nasty day over here today. Seen one lil buck and a couple does. Deer weren't moving much. Hopefully tomorrow is more productive.

ooop or author of this you get anything yet?
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter
