More solid advice! Thanks guys.

CTwiggs, actually I am in the seafood business, and our company imports a lot of seafood to the States. Have thought about filling up my two Igloos with Exotic fish fillets/steaks/portions, scallops, etc etc and heading East where Units have great success numbers, in the midst of lots of private land.

msg, Used to buy the Aberdeen Weyco permit, but now there are even more permits given, due to North and South being combined...Crazy!  I just hunt public down SW.  Have been talking to a few guys who go to Bonners Ferry for some quality Whitetails... But still looking for an area to learn more on some nice Elk numbers... Any NW/Rocky Mountain State :)

Thanks again all.
If I'm not selling, I should be hunting, If I'm not hunting, I should quit!

My buddies did that exact same thing in SE WA. 25 or 30 years ago looking for a place to hunt birds. Met one farmer and became friends. They then started having a seafood party yearly opening weekend of chukar season. Bingo, lots of access for birds and whitetails. It does work, just takes some time and networking. If you have good seafood you will find farmers and ranchers that will barter!
