Blacklab, They look good to me, (as long as those Dark Spots in the batter are Huckleberries). The other stuff frying on the grill are scrambled eggs I hope?Sourdough Pancake's have always been my favorite.
I’ll have to try that. Always use Snoqualimie Lodge mix. Sprinkle some huckleberries on top of poured batter, maybe a few chocolate chips for kids, good stuff. Teflon electric griddle is tough to beat for pancakes.

Best pancake recipe.Griddle CakesMakes 8 cakes ~ preheat griddle1 1/4 cups silled regular all-purpose flour1 tablespoon baking powder1 tablespoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/4 cups milk1 egg, beaten1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, meltedInto a bowl sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a small bowl beat together milk and egg; stir in butter. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Using 1/4 cup measure, pour batter onto ungreased griddle. Bake until top is bubbly and edges baked. Tum and bake other side. Serve at once with butter and syrup.Thinner pancakes, use skim or 1%. Thicker, edge toward 2% or whole milk.VariationButtermilk Griddle CakesFollow above recipe except reduce baking powder to 2 teaspoons and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
