I have the Ultera on my 27: Jama. The auto deploy is the real deal. I can unhook my boat, back down, hit the brakes and hit the remote. It will deploy, I can steer it away from the ramp anchor it and go park my truck. Head to the dock and retrieve my boat with my remote. The spot lock works great and the 36 volt motor at 112 lbs of thrust has plenty of power for a 10' wide, 27' long boat even on windy days. Lock the 9.9 straight and use the auto pilot mode to steer the front of the boat

That and DO NOT leave the batteries in the $100 remote for your Terrova. Did that this winter with it facing down so all the juice went into the circuitry. Oops.
I upgraded everything on my boat a few years ago and have often said if I could go back and could only do one thing it would be the minn Kota Terrova trolling motor with I-Pilot.
Actually I would do the Riptide Terrova for saltwater on a removable mount to swap between boats.

I originally had mine mounted In My Leelock mount. I made a bracket that mounts to the side now so I can use my anchor as well and not switch it out

Those poor people in your boat look miserable! They are having such a horrible experience their faces are twisted up into big smiles! Shame! Shame!

I just bought the Terrova with I-Pilot that includes the Spot Lock. They are on back order so it will be at least the end of the month before it ships. Can't wait to try it out.

I have purchased several bow mounts here. I currently have a 112 Ulterra and like it alot. The Terrova is also a great bow mount.
