You usually have to attend the show to get registered. But with covid and being virtual they waved that part. If you have never been to the expo put it in your to do list.

Let me know if you need a muzzleloader. I don't know what Utah's rules are but I've got both the primitive (WA/ID/OR) one and one that is legal in NM, happy to loan out. I'll be through Livingston in the next two weeks.

In Utah you can basically use a rifle that you load from the bore.
