Written by Bill Vogel, a USFWS biologist and long-time hunter education instructor.  I got to know Bill out here in the Palouse during deer muzzleloader years ago, and he is a great guy.  I agree that good mentoring is essential for keeping hunting vital.

Appreciate you sharing this.....personally i try and get a few folks involved in the hunting world. I try and reach out to youth and veterans who do not always have the opportunity's I do. Thanks again!
