I have 14 points. I wish I had 7, or....24. Theres realistically only a couple of third season hunts I could possibly draw without "wasting" a load of points.

You have a ton of great options, IMO points don't correlate that directly to quality. A 15 point hunt isn't automatically better than a 10 point hunt. Don't think of it as wasting points, or feel like you have to spend exactly 14 to get your money's worth. That's an easy trap to fall into. I look back now at how much I stressed about spending 10 and realize it was silly. FYI I spent them on a 6 point unit and killed a great buck.   :twocents:

I've got 4 and am exploring my options.  JJ I cant believe you passed that buck, I would have shot him and yelled so loud you would have heard me back in WA.

Can you just buy points or do you have to buy a license ?
You have to buy atleast a small game licsence and habitat stamp to apply for a point if remember right. I think its around $100 for a point.

JJ, some incredible bucks you got on those pics!

I got 8pts built up and am going to try and commit to hunting CO for the first time in 2022. Never hunted out of state before, so I'm excited.
